REFUND POLICY

Borderland Success Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates borderlandsuccess.com and its associated division web properties. Our refund and cancellation terms are structured across our distinct service offerings as follows:

• Digital Subscription Trials: New subscribers to our digital content tiers receive a guaranteed, full-refund cancellation window during their first fourteen (14) days. Introductory episodes and baseline resources are available during this trial, while the full vault of proprietary information remains locked until the 14-day trial concludes. Once the trial window ends and full access is granted, subscription fees are non-refundable.

• Tips, Sponsorships, & Advertising Placements: One-time tips, completed sponsorships, and active advertising placements are non-refundable.

• Recurring Sponsorships & Advertising Terms: Recurring sponsorship and advertising periods are structured in fixed blocks (available in 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12-month plans offered at discounted rates). These plans do not renew automatically; advertisers and sponsors must manually sign up for a new term. We will send a reminder email prior to your period expiration so you can choose to renew.

• Live Event Emcee & Hosting Retainers: For private events (weddings, quinceañeras, and baby showers) and high-attention productions, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to officially reserve your date and time on our calendar.

• Final Balance & Payment Terms: The remaining 50% balance is due in full fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund of any payments made, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event (after the final balance has been processed), all payments are non-refundable.

• Last-Minute & Short-Notice Bookings: Events booked within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event date require 100% payment in full at the time of reservation, plus a 15% rush processing fee. Due to immediate schedule compression, all rush bookings are strictly non-refundable.

• Payment Methods & Processing Fees: Payments are accepted via Zelle and PayPal (Goods and Services). For any approved refunds involving PayPal transactions, a 3.5% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover platform transaction costs retained by the processor. Zelle refunds are processed manually within 5 to 7 business days.

• Force Majeure & Provider Protection: In the rare event that an emergency or unpreventable circumstance arises on our end that prevents us from fulfilling our hosting or digital duties, our liability is strictly limited to a 100% refund of all monies paid by the client or subscriber.

• Client-Side Emergencies & Catastrophic Events: In the event of a documented medical hospitalization affecting the primary client, the guest of honor, or an immediate family member residing in the same household, or in the event of a catastrophic facility disaster (such as a structural fire or severe flood rendering the venue entirely unusable) occurring within the 14-day restriction window, standard forfeiture penalties may be waived. Rather than a cash refund, all payments made will be transferred as a credit toward a rescheduled date within one year, with no extra transfer fees, provided the event remains at the original location (a venue change resulting in increased production logistics or travel requirements may be subject to adjustment).
